How to Set Up Your Sadio Patient Portal Account for the First Time

• Step 1: Find the Setup Email
  • Check your email inbox for a message from noreply@ezderm.com or noreply@sadio.com.
  • Subject title: “Email Verification Request from DermMedical…“
  • Open this email on a desktop, laptop, or tablet (not on your phone—you’ll need your phone later).

• Step 2: Create Your Account
  • At the bottom the email in blue print, click the link to verify your email address.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to create a username and password.
  • A QR code will appear on your screen. You’ll use this QR code with the Google Authenticator app in the next step.

• Step 3: Set Up the Google Authenticator App
  • On your smartphone, download the free Google Authenticator app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
    • You don’t need to create an account for this app.
      • Note: You can use any authenticator app, but we recommend Google Authenticator because it is free and does not require you to create an account.
  • Open the app and tap “Add a Code”, then choose “Scan a QR Code”.
  • Allow the app to use your phone’s camera, then point your phone at the QR code on your computer screen.
  • The app will save this code automatically.

• Step 4: Complete your Profile
  • Fill in your medical history, medications, allergies, and preferred pharmacy in your account.
  • Sign any required consent forms under the Appointments tab.

To Log In to Sadio (After Your Account Is Set Up)

• Go to Sadio.com on your desktop or tablet.
• Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
• Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone.
  • Look for a code labeled “EZDerm”.
• Type the code from the app into Sadio to finish logging in.

Use Your Sadio Account

• View your health records and future appointments anytime online.
